摘要
目的:介绍盐酸苯海拉明霜的制备方法及质量控制。方法:先将盐酸苯海拉明、二氧化钛、甘油配成糊状物备用。再将白凡士林、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、甘油、平平加等配成基质,最后将糊状物加入基质搅拌至凝。结果:实验检验和临床应用表明,用该方配置的盐酸苯海拉明霜性状稳定、卫生安全、易于涂布和洗脱,无刺激性,疗效确切。结论:该制备方法简便易行,所制备的霜剂疗效可靠,易于推广。
Objective:To introduce a method of preparing benzhydramine hydrochloride cream.Methods:First,the magma was prepared with benzhydramine hydrochloride,titanium and glycerin.Second,the stroma was prepared with white soft paraffin,ethylparahydroxybenzoate, glycerin etc.Last the magma was poured into the stroma,mixed round until the mixture is coagu- lated.Results:Experimental tests and clinnical applications show that the cream prepared by this method has a stable properity,no irritation,easily spreaded and eluted,and is safe,healthy and ef- fective.Conclusion:This method is simple in preparing,and its product has a valid therapeutic ef- fect.
