摘要
研究金银花、苦杏仁、板蓝根等的复方水提的最佳提取工艺.采用水提法,用L9(34)正交实验,以其出膏率及绿原酸含量为优选指标,采用高效液相色谱测定绿原酸成分含量,筛选最佳条件.
To optimize the extraction process of Ephedra sinica Stapf,Lonicera japonica Thunb,Purnus Armeniaca L var.ansu Maxim,Isatis Indigotica fort,Glycyrrhiza urzlensis Fisch, Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim,Gypsum Fibrosum,The study was carried out with orthogonal de- sign and chlorogenic acid determined by HPLC.
