宁波地区汉族群体中9个STR位点的遗传多态性 被引量:1

摘要 目的 调查宁波地区汉族群体 9个STR位点即D3S135 8、vWA、FGA、D8S1179、D2 1S11、D18S5 1、D5S818、D13S317和D7S82 0的遗传多态性分布。 方法 用荧光标记的PCR技术对 2 6 6名无血缘关系的宁波地区汉族个体进行 9个STR位点的基因分型。 结果 D3S135 8、vWA、FGA、D8S1179、D2 1S11、D18S5 1、D5S818、D13S317和D7S82 0在宁波地区汉族群体中分别检测到 8、9、13、8、15、14、10、8、8个等位片段 ,多态性分布符合Hardy -Weinberg平衡定律 ;杂合度 0 .73~ 0 .86 ,多态信息含量0 .6 9~ 0 .85 ,累积个体识别能力 0 .99999999999,累积非父排除概率 0 .99987。 结论 上述 9个STR位点有较高的多态信息量 。 Objective To investigate the genetic polymorphism of 9 short tandem repeat (STR) loci in Ningbo Han Chinese. Methods The 9 STR loci (D3S1358, vWA, FGA, D8S1179, D21S11, D18S51, D5S818, D13S317and D7S820) of 266 unrelated Ningbo Han individuals were amplified by PCR and analyzed by ABI 310 Genetic Analyzer. Results 8, 9, 13, 8, 15, 14, 10, 8 and 8 alleles were observed at these 9 loci, respectively. The distribution of the alleles and genotypes is in good agreement with Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium. The allele heterozygosities (H) of these 9 loci were between 0.73 and 0.86; the polymorphism information contents (PIC) were in the rage of 0.69 and 0.85; the total discrimination power (TDP) was 0.99999999999 ; the cumulative exclusion probability (CPE) was 0.99987. Conclusion These 9 STR loci are highly polymorphism in Ningbo Han Chinese and can be served as the useful markers for individual identification and paternity test.
