摘要
目的寻找一种安全、有效的吸脂方法。方法 :采用肿胀麻醉联合体外超声对 73例患者进行吸脂术。结果 :73例患者术中均无疼痛感 ,且出血少 ;术后效果良好 ,并发症少 ,抽吸量为 15 0 0～ 4 90 0ml。结论 :肿胀麻醉联合体外超声行吸脂术是一种安全。
Objective To seek a safe and effective method in liposuction operations.Methods: Liposuction in 73 cases was performed using external ultrasonic and tumescent techniques.Results:All patients showed a remarkable body contour improvement and large fat volume varied from 1 500 ml to 4 900 ml was sucked.There were little pain and bleeding,few complications, Conclusion: The external ultrasonic liposuction operation is a safe and effective method for local overweight reduction.
