摘要
室内抗性筛选结果表明 ,褐飞虱对马拉硫磷抗性的上升呈“S”形。酯酶的变化在抗性上升中起到重要作用 ,与抗性上升存在很好的相关性 ;而多功能氧化酶和谷胱甘肽转移酶只在抗性发展的最初阶段发挥一定的作用。
The brown planthopper(BPH)resistance to malathion was selected in laboratory,and the results showed that the resistance development was shaped as the letter 'S'.Esterase played an important role in the resistance development that had the high correlation with the change of esterase activity and distribution of esterase activity of individual BPH.However,MFO and GSTs only played some roles in the resistance development at very early stage.
