利用当年抽薹基因型甜菜缩短育种年限的研究 被引量:10

摘要 普通糖用甜菜为二年生型 ,选育保持系的传统方法是利用相同倍数性、胚数性的二年生基因型材料连续回交。该方法时间长 ,效率低。本研究以多胚一年生多胚基因型不育系 (BBMM ,Sxxzz)为鉴定系 ,鉴定选育二年生单胚或多胚基因型保持系 (bbmm ,Nxxzz或bbMM ,Nxxzz) ,利用该方法进行选择仅需 13~ 16个月 ,较我国传统方法缩短 4~ 6年。此外 ,首次将F1育性分离进行了类型划分 ,对快速准确决选出保持系 (Nxxzz)及恢复系 (NXXZZ)具有重要意义。 The sugar beet's growth form is biennial, so, the traditional method of maintainer breeding is that the biennial genotype of the same embryo to backcross continuously, this method needs long time and the results are poor and inefficient. The genotypes of annual multigerm sterile lines (BBMM, Sxxzz) were used as identified lines and genotypes of maintainer lines were selected from monogerm and multigerm (bbmm, Nxxzz or bbMM, Nxxzz). This method needs the about 13~16 months for selection, 4~6 years shorter than traditional method. The segregation of fertility of F 1 was classified the first time in this study and it has very an important significance for fast and accurate selection of maintainer (Nxxzz) and restorer (NXXZZ).
