摘要
把现代显像技术与立体定向术相结合用于直视下摘除脑内小病灶或异物,可减少手术侵袭性和提高准确性,即使位于功能区的手术,患者术后多能保存或改善原有的脑功能。本文报告7例均取得满意结果,并建议此术式称“立体导向直视下手术”。
Combining modern imaging techniques with stereotaxy it decreases the invading and increases the precision greatly for direct removing the small lesions.After the operation most patients can preserve or improve their brain function even in important functional area. We report 7 cases in this paper'who all acquired good effect and name the method 'sterotaxic direct operaton'.
