脑皮层蛛网膜切开术治疗局限性癫痫的初步报告

摘要我们采用脑皮层蛛网膜切开术治疗局限性癫痫共4例,手术的目的是解除蛛网膜病变对脑局部的压迫,改善皮层的血、氧供应,促进脑局部代谢和电生理的恢复,减少或消除癫痫异常放电,从而控制癫痫发作,现介绍如下。
