摘要
目的探讨普通冰箱低温保存自体颅骨回植应用于儿童颅骨缺损的临床效果,并与其他方法进行比较。方法利用普通冰箱低温保存自体颅骨瓣,回植时经煮沸高压蒸气灭菌后,原位回植于颅骨缺损处。结果2例颅骨缺损患者经治疗.回植骨瓣顺利完成爬行替代过程,达到愈合。结论该法应用于儿童颅骨缺损患者是切实可行的,不受任何条件限制,可随时进行颅骨回植,克服了其他方法的局限性,并具有保存方法简单,无排斥反应,不影响儿童头颅发育等优点。
Objective To explore the clinical effect in retrieval and transplantation of self skull preserved in a common freezer at low temperature to treat child skull defect and compare it with other methods. Methods After it preserved in a common freezer at low temperature was boiled and sterilized by high pressure and vapour, the self skull was retrieved and transplanted into the position with the skull defect. Results In the 2 cases with skull defect, their retrieved and transplanted skulls grew to get healed through their repiacement. Conclusion Retrieval and transplantation of self skull preserved in a common freezer at low temperature is feasible in the treatment of child skull defects. it, subject to no conditions and no time, surmounts other methods. Besides, it possesses many advantages such as its simplicity, no rejection reaction and no influence upon the development of the child skull.
