原电池手工放电及计算方法

The manual discharge and calculation method of primary batteries

摘要 我国电池行业最常用的手工放电计算方法是"首、末电压"法,但是得出的结果系统偏高,误差较大。在分析大量实验数据和放电曲线的基础上,提出"1/6-末电压"新计算方法。新方法准确度高,无系统误差。检验40个电池,相对误差2.3%~2.4%有2个;1.0%~1.1%有5个;小于0.9%有33个。方法简单可行,每次放电只需测量两次负载电压。 The 'firstfinal voltage method'was popular calculation method of manual discharge in battery industry in China, but the systematic error was big.Based on analyzing lots of data and discharge curves got from experiments, a calculation method '1/6-final voltage' was put forward,which had advantages:high accuracy and no systematic error.Inspecting 40 batteries,there were two batteries whose relative error was between 2.3% and 2.4%,five between 1.0% and 1.1%, and thirtythree less than 0.9%.It was proved that the method was simple and feasible.If the onload voltage needed to be tested only twice at each discharge.
