介绍了GIS的发展趋势,分析了目前WebGIS的主要技术实现路线,并结合具体的开发实例,提出了一种WebGIS应用服务器实现方法用于建立江西省防汛决策实时水雨情信息系统。
First outlines the development tendency of GIS. Then analyses the main technology route about WebGIS. Finally,with combining a concrete exploitation specimen,establishes the information system about water and rainfall in Jiangxi province's flood control decision making realtime using WebGIS
