对远缘杂交的主要方法 :常规有性杂交、体细胞杂交、离体受精、花粉管通道、基因转导进行了比较 。
The main methods of distant hybridization, such as traditional sexual hybridization, somatic cell hybridization, in vitro fertilization, pollen\|tube pathway and gene transformation were compared, and the prospects of pollen\|tube pathway method application in tobacco breeding were also discussed.
