摘要
介绍了FO 2型耐洗性抗静电剂的合成机理、合成工艺及关键技术 ,阐述了反应温度、反应时间、真空度和物料比等因素对反应过程和成品效果的影响 .该静电剂可专门处理涤棉、涤卡、涤棉混纺线等含涤织物和含涤纤维 .
In this paper, the synthetic mechanism, synthetic technology and key technique of Type FO-2 washing-resisting and anti-static agent have also introduced. Besides, the paper also expounds the influence of the factors such as reaction temperature, reaction time, vacuum tightness and material ratio on the reaction process and the effect of the end product.This washing-resisting and anti-static agent can be used to treat polyester fabric and polyester fibre such as trueran, daron khaki and polyester and cotton blend specially.
