从深化信息服务是科技进步、社会发展和公共图书馆自身发展的需要等方面入手 ,而引发出在网络环境下加快公共图书馆自身网络化。
This paper introduces that deepening information service is the requirement for science improvement,society development and public library self construction.A succession thinkings about expediting construction proceedings of public library network,automation and information have been brought about.
