摘要
1998年4～6月,对聊城市区主要水域,采用活体采样,研究尾草履虫自然培养中种群增长曲线与水质污染的相关性。结果表明,草履虫培养中种群增长曲线与水域水质的污染程度呈一定的相关性。
In April to June 1998, the growth-curve of Paramecium in nature-culture and the pollution degree of water was studied. It was found: There are obvious difference in the proliferation phase of paramecium in various pollution degree and correlation between paramecium and quantity of algae. It can be taken as a useful standard to measure the water quality.
