摘要
本文从办公室工作人员协调素质培养的重要性、办公室协调工作的类别、应遵循的原则及协调工作需掌握的方法四个方面,阐述了图书馆办公室管理工作的协调艺术。
This paper expounds four aspects of arts of the library's office management work, firstly, the importance of the office personnel's cultivating coordination and diathesis ; secondly, the kind of office coordination work tthirdly, the rules we should abide by; fourthly, the methods of coordination work.
