摘要
目的:探讨利用弹性义齿联合牙周夹板,解决牙周病患者的义齿固位及保留轻度牙周损坏的余留牙。方法:通过延长弹性义齿基托的长度和宽度(向(牙合)面延伸),形成牙周夹板。结果:通过49例实践,成功47例,占95.91％。结论:弹性义齿联合牙周夹板,在牙周病患者义齿修复中,能获得良好的修复效果。
Objective: To study the denture retention of periodontitis patients and to preserve the remained teeth which had light periodontal lesion by using of elastic denture with periodontal splint. Methods: To make periodontal splint by extension the length and width (especially extend to occlusal surface)of the elastic denture base .Results: In 49 cases there are 47 cases (95.91 percent) that successed. Conclusions: Elastic denture with periodontal splint is effective for dentural restoration of periodentitis patients.
