摘要
本文从高校网络远程教育的网络教学资源建设和辅助教学服务两个方面入手,对网络远程教育这种新型教育方式在实施过程中的著作权问题进行研究,同时就网络远程教育发展趋势对著作权问题的影响做了预测性分析,提出了解决网络远程教育著作权问题的几点建议。
In this paper, from net education resource construction and aid education, the author discussed the IP problems of the new education model when applying it, forecasted the impacts on copyright, brought forward some advices on resolving it.
