摘要
我国高等教育即将进入大众化时代。大众化的目标特征及要求,促使我们必须审时度势,调整德育观念和德育方法,提高高等教育人才培养的质量,塑造高等教育人才灵魂。作为人口大国,高等教育的大众化,意味着人口素质的全面提高,而提升思想品德素质,不仅关系到国民素质的提高,而且关系到市场经济体制的正常运行。
The higher education in our country is about to enter the popularization era.The purposes,characteristics and requests spur us to judge the hour and size up the situation,to adjust the moral education,to improve the quality of the cultivation of higher-education of talents,to portray the soul of the cultivation of higher-education of talents.As a large-population country,the popularization of higher-education means overall improvement of the quality of population;while promoting the quality of moral education concerns not only the improvement of national quality,but also the regular operation of market economy system.
