摘要
目的 研究肝细胞癌 (HCC)组织中细胞凋亡抑制因子survivin和细胞周期素D1(cyclinD1)的表达及其意义。方法 免疫组织化学方法检测 61例HCC组织survivin和cyclinD1的表达 ,分析两指标与HCC生物学行为的关系。结果 survivin和cyclinD1的阳性率分别为 44 3 %和 3 9 3 % ;低分化组HCC两指标的阳性率均明显高于高分化组 (P <0 0 5 ) ;两指标之间呈高度正相关 (P <0 0 0 1)。结论 survivin和cyclinD1促进HCC的生长 。
Objective To study the expression and significance of survivin and cyclin D 1 in hepatic cellular carcinoma (HCC).Methods The expression of survivin and cyclin D 1 were detected in 61 cases of HCC by immunohistochemistry.Results The expressive rates of survivin and cyclin D 1 in HCC were 44.3% and 39.3%.Both survivin and cyclin D 1 rates in the lower-differentiated group were significantly higher than those in the well-differentiated (P<0.05).The expression of survivin correlated highly positively with the expression of cyclin D 1 in HCC (P<0.001).Conclusion Survivin and cyclin D 1 might cooperate with each other in promoting the development of HCC.
