摘要
分析了高压调节抽汽式汽轮机的现状、存在的问题及改造的必要性 ,介绍了改造可用的新技术。对改造中重点问题提出看法 ,其中包括 :(1)是否要提高凝汽工况下最大出力 ;(2 )改造提高效率重点在哪里 ;(3)效率提高后如何验收 ;(4)降低推力瓦块措施。扬子石化热电厂 5号机按提出的方案进行了改造 ,缸效率提高了 5 .32 9%。
The current situation, existing problems and the necessity of retrofitting high pressure turbines with adjusting steam extraction have been analysed, and the new technology usable for said retrofitting presented. Some views on key problems in the retrofitting, such as (1) whether the max. output under condensing operation condition to be elevated; (2) where are the key points in retrofitting to enhance the efficiency; (3) how to carry out the acceptance after enhancing efficiency; (4) measures for lowering the thrust bearing shoe etc., have been put forward. The retrofit of turbine No.5 in Thermal Power Plant under Yangzi Petrochemical Works has been completed according to the suggested scheme, making the cylinder efficiency to be enhanced 5.329%.
