摘要
本文综合介绍了我国寒冷地区冬季施工技术发展的一些新成就,并对生产实践中尚需要解决的一些问题提出了研究和发展意见。
The new achievement of winter construction in cold region of China is introduced in this paper.The opinion on studying some existing problems in construction is also introduced.
