摘要 零部件的通用性在电子、机械等行业屡见不鲜,采用通用件可以减少库存、降低产品开发与生产费用,加快抵市时间,从而增强企业的竞争能力.但是极少有文献涉及通用件的选择与替代分析,本文在提出通用件的选择原则的基础上,运用灰色系统决策理论,探讨了通用件的选择与替代分析的一般步骤,它对于上述行业在实际生产运作上有着非常现实的意义。 Commonality is a common occurrence in electron and machine industry.To use common components can reduce inventory level and the cost of R&D and production,also can shorten the time to reach the market,which strengthens the enterprise's competition ability.However,there are few papers referring to the analysis of selection and substitution of common components.Based on the Grey System decision making theory,this paper presents the general procedure in the selection and substitution of component commonality by setting up an evaluation index system.
