摘要
leptin是肥胖基因 (obesegene ,OB基因 )的蛋白产物 ,具有广泛的生物学功能。据现有研究发现 ,leptin具有参与调节摄食、能量代谢、激素分泌、生长、生殖和免疫等过程的功能。leptin通过其受体发挥调节作用。笔者综述了leptin的受体、生物学功能、调控动物体重的作用机理及leptin抵抗。
Leptin is the protein product of obese gene.Leptin has many biological functions.It has been reported that leptin connecting with leptin receptor can regulate food intake, energy metablism,hormone secretion,growth,reproduction, immunity and so on.The receptor, biological function, mechanism of regulating body weight and resistance of leptin are discussed in this review.
