摘要
综述了毛细管电泳 (CE)在蛋白质肽图构建与鉴定、物化常数和结构分析、动力学研究、定性定量与微量制备中的应用以及在核酸的纯度检测、片段置备及PCR产物分析、DNA测序与基因突变检测中的应用。
This paper reviews the application of capillary electrophoresis in protein and nucleic acid identification, qualitative or quantitative analysis and micropreparation, as well as protein structural dynamics analysis, gene mutation detection and DNA sequencing.
