摘要
为使换向回转设备摈弃性能低下的属中心支承的可倾瓦轴承,而采用性能较高的最佳支承的可倾瓦轴承,本文针对轴承在边界摩擦和有静压顶起装置的液体摩擦下起动的两种工况,提出瓦块支点能随设备的转向自动调整到最佳位置的装置。并经实验验证,完全可行。
In oredrto use the tiltig-pad bearing which has optimum pivot position instead of central pivot position in reversible equipment, this paper presented the pivot position adjust installations of tilting-pad bearing according to bearing's starting with boundary friction or the liquid friction which has the station lift device. These installations can adjust pivot to optimum pivot position autimatically according to changing direction of equipment. The experimental investigation of bearing paves that these installations are reliable and valuable.
