甜玉米品种稳定性的AMMI模型分析 被引量:12

摘要 采用方差分析和AMMI模型分析 ,对不同地点随机区组试验中甜玉米株高、穗长和产量的品种差异显著性、试验精确度和品种稳定性进行研究。结果表明 ,在单年单点随机区组试验中除了呈贡和石林的穗长以外 ,其余各点性状的品种差异都是极显著的 ,同一性状不同地点的品种间差异表现不一致 ,这是基因型与环境互作所致。石林点试验精确度最高 ,其余两点的次之。超甜 2 0号在 3个性状上表现最稳定 ,黑甜糯产量最不稳定 ,白甜糯株高和穗长最不稳定。株高、穗长、产量的互作效应主成分 (IPCA)的平方和分别占交互作用平方的93 .2 %、90 .9%和 80 .3%,解释了大部分基因型与环境交互作用 ,由此计算获得的稳定性参数 (Di)是可靠的。 Variety difference for plant height,ear length and yield of sweet corn according to random block design and trial precision and the variety stability in different sites were studied by variance analysis and additive main effects and multiplicative interaction (AMMI)model.The results showed that it was very significant for variety difference of characteristics in different sites except ear length in Chenggong and in Stoneforest.It was not concordant for a similar characteristic in different sites because there was an interaction of genotype-by-environment.Trial precsion was measured by coefficient of error variation (CEV) and relative LSD α(RLSD α).The trial precision in Stoneforest was in the first place,and others were in second one.The stability of No 20 Chaotian in three charactersistics was the highest.The stbaility of Heitiannuo in yield was the lowest.Baitiannuo both in plant height and in ear length was also lowest .The parameters of stability (D i) were reliable because most interaction of genotype-by-environment for plant height,ear lengty and yield was explained by the sum of square (SS) of interaction principal component axis (IPCA) which occupied 93.2%,90.9% and 80.3% of the SS of interaction.
