摘要
容量为20t的双电极直流电弧炉于1989年在中国的某重型机器厂投入运行。本文给出了WTD型20t(9MVA)直流电弧炉的运行结果。在电极设置方面所提出的方案是新颖的,两个电极平行布置即一个电极为正极,另一个电极则为负极。 在这台炉子上获得了如下的运行指标:石墨电极消耗3kg/t;其最大噪音水平比同容量交流电弧炉的小15～20dB。
A WTD type d.c.electric arc furnace of 20 t/90 MYA capacity has being operated at a certain machinery factory of China Since 1989, this paper gives its operational results. The proposed solution of two electrodes arrangement is hew and original, in that both positive and negative electrodes are arranged in parallel. The following operating indices of the furnace are attained: consumption of graphite electrodes 3kg/t; the maximum level of the furnace noise 15~20dB, less than those of a. c. furnace of the same capacity.
