右心感染性心内膜炎超声诊断价值 被引量：2

摘要 目的 :探讨超声心动图对右心感染性心内膜炎 (RHIE)的诊断价值。方法 :应用超声心动图检查 8例 ,经临床诊断为右心感染性心内膜炎患者。结果 :三尖瓣赘生物检出率 10 0 % ,双瓣膜 5例 ,仅前叶 3例 ,8例均有右房右室不同程度增大 ,三尖瓣不同程度返流。结论 :超声心动图直接观察赘生物附着部位、形态、大小、数目、运动情况 ,是诊断本病的主要指标之一 。
