旋转气流对低压油烧嘴特性的影响

The influence of revolving flow on the low pressure oil burners

摘要 通过实验研究了旋转气流对低压油烧嘴的油流量、空气流量、空气和油射流扩张角、射流横截面上的油流量分布、油滴平均直径等冷态特性以及对点火性能、火焰温度、火焰长度等热态特性的影响。结果表明:采用旋转气流及用改变旋流强度的方法来调节低压油烧嘴的火焰长度是切实可行的。 The influence of the revolving flow on the cold characteristics and hot characteristics of low pressure oil burners have been researched by experiment, including the oil and air delivery, jet divergence angle, oil distribution on jet cross section, average diameter of oil drops and the ignition, flame temperature as well as the flame length. It has shown that adopting revolving air flow and adjusting the flame length by changing the strength of revolving for low pressure oil burners is feasible.
