摘要
产品开发项目管理是制造企业提高产品开发能力的重要战略组成部分.从项目组织、项目任务结构分解及项目集成管理系统等3个方面对产品开发项目管理进行研究.虚拟项目组织通过因特网能够协同不同部门,甚至不同企业进行项目合作;为了降低产品开发项目任务的协调难度,将项目内部的紧密关联任务进行模块化;为满足项目集成管理的需要,提出了基于J2EE的项目管理集成系统架构.
Project management(PM) is one of strategic factors which can prove the ability to develop production. The mode of production development project management is analyzed in terms of organization, WBS and CIPMS. Different departments, even enterprises can be integrated for production development through Internet. The closely relative tasks are integrated into one module for reducing scheduling difficulty. Finally project management integrated system (PMIS) based on J2EE is put forward.
