并联式混合动力汽车多能源动力总成控制单元的研究与开发 被引量:18

摘要 根据并联式混合动力系统结构 ,研究了其运行模式以及动力源能量分配的控制策略。研究了配置自动机械式变速器的换档要求 ,提出了控制系统切实可行的换档控制方案。设计开发了动力总成控制单元 ,并利用自主开发的硬件在环仿真系统对其进行了测试和验证。测试结果表明 ,开发的控制器满足设计要求 ,为进一步的台架试验工作奠定了基础。 According to the drivetrain structure of the parallel hybrid electric vehicle, the running modes and the power management control strategy are studied. In order to adapt the powertrain configuration of automated mechanical transmission, the demands of gears shifting are researched, and the viable gear shifting precept of control system is described. Using the hardware in the loop simulation system that is designed by ourselves, we tested the powertrain control system, after the control unit completed. The result indicated that the controller could meet the request.
