摘要
采用成就动机量表,分层随机选取武汉地区部分高校学生为对象进行研究,结果表明,大学生成就动机水平在性别上存在显著性差异;四个年级合成成就动机中避免失败的动机均强于追求成功的动机;理工科学生避免失败的动机显著地高于文科学生。
In this research, a scale in achievement motivation was employed. The results of the research showed that there was a significant difference in college students achievement motivation level between different sexes; there was a higher level of achievement motivation among freshman than other grades; the motivation of avoiding failure was higher than that of pursuing success in the synthetic achievement motivation of the four grades; the motivation of avoiding failure among students in Science was significantly higher than that among students in Art. ?
