摘要
目的:比较阿奇霉素与氧氟沙星对外科创伤感染的疗效。方法:240例门诊开放性创伤,随机分为两组,分别给予阿奇霉素与氧氟沙星进行治疗。结果:阿奇霉素与氧氟沙星治疗外科创伤的有效率分别是98.4％和97.5％(P>0.05),不良反应发生率分别是4.4%和11.8%。结论:阿奇霉素治疗效果与氧氟沙星相似,但阿奇霉素组不良反应较少。
Objective; To compare the theraptic effect between azithromycin and ofloxacin in surgical trauma infection. Method: Two hundreds and fourty cases of clinical open trauma were randomly divided into 2 groups, which were given azithromycin and ofloxacin, respectively. Result: The reponse rates of both groups were 98. 4% and 97. 5% , and the incidence of adverse reactions were 4.4% and 11.8%, respectively. Conclusion; The therapatic effect of azithromycin was similar to that of ofloxacin, but the adverse reaction of azithromvcin was less than that of ofloxacin.
