摘要
目的:建立采用高效液相色谱法测定泻痢停片中磺胺甲噁唑含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Diamonsil^(TM)C_(18)(5μm,200mm×4.6mm),流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸(50:50:0.1),每1000 ml流动相中加十二烷基硫酸钠3.5g,流速1 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为257 nm。结果:磺胺甲噁唑平均回收率为98.7％。结论:方法简便,结果准确可靠。
Objective: To establish a standard HPLC method for the determination of sulfamethoxazole in Xieliting tablets in vitro. Mehtod: The chromatographic conditions were as follows: DiamonsilTM C18(5μm, 200 mm×4.6 mm), acetonitrile-water-phos-phoric acid(50:50:0. 1) as mobile phase, The mobile phase was composed of sodium laury sulfate 3. 5 g, flow rate was 1 ml·min-1, a detecting wavelength was at 257 nm. Result: The mean recovery of sulfamethoxazole was 98. 7%. Conclusion: This method is simple, accurate.
