摘要
目的 :探讨专职夜班对护士内分泌的影响。方法 :将 18名专职夜班护士在观察前 (A组 )、观察后 1个月 (B组 )、2个月(C组 )、3个月 (D组 )各抽血测定皮质醇、垂体泌乳素、生长激素 ,观察 3种激素的变化。结果 :测定A、B、C、D组 3种激素的数值无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论
Objective: To investigate the effect on indocrine of nurses working on special occupational duty. Methods: The nurses of night-duty were devided into four groups: before observing(A group), after observing one month(B group), two months(C group) and three months(D group).Cortisol, prolactin(PRL) and growth hormone(GH) were detected with radioimmunoassay. Results: Cortisol, PRL and GH are no significantly different among four groups. Conclusions: It is no significantly effect on indocrine of nurses working on special occupational night-duty.
