摘要
本文以黄原胶产业化过程中存在的如对粘度的认识、黄原胶的国家标准中某些指标等问题提出了自己的看法,并对微生物多糖的市场、现状及发展趋势等问题,提出了中肯的建议。
The author raised his opinion on some index in state standard of xanthan gum based on the knowledge on the degree of viscosity in the industrialization process of xanthan gurn and put forward a sound proposal on the market, situation and development trend of microbiology polyhexose in this paper.
