摘要
对两种不同齿形型线的滚刀所滚切的齿轮齿形进行了分析。明确了高精度透平齿轮滚刀所采用的修缘渐开线中凹齿形的设计思想和设计参数。
Two gear profiles machined by different hobs were analyzed. Based on this, the design concept and design parameters for the mid-concaved profiles with corrected involute of high precision gear hobs were made definite.
