对低聚半乳糖的生理功能及生产方法进行了综述,并对其在食品工业中的应用和发展前景进行了展望。
The physiological functions and production of galactooligosaccharides were reviewed in detail,and the application and development perspective of galactooligosaccharides in food industry were prospected as well.
