摘要
河北省投入海洋渔业捕捞的渔船及其功率在年年增长 ,捕获量也几乎在年年增长 ,但单位努力量的捕捞量却在不断下降 ,而且捕获物的质量也在不断下降 .由此可见 ,现行的捕捞是对资源掠夺式的开发 ,必然导致渔业资源的衰退 .笔者引用了Walter&Hilborn提出的非平衡产量模型对资源进行评估 ,计算出了最大可持续产量 (FMSY)和最适捕捞努力量 (Fopt) ,并提出了一些建议 .
With the fishing-boats and horsepower used for fishing and the total yield increasing every year, the catch per unit of effort is decreasing gradually , at the same time ,the quality of the catching is decreasing too. Thus it is the robbing catch mode now, which must lead to the recession of the fishery resources. This paper, with the help of Walter & Hilborn's imbalance production model , evaluates the sources and figures out the maximum sustainable yield(F MSY)and the optimum fishing (F opt). At the end it puts foreword some suggests , hoping helpful to related department making scientific rules.
