摘要
电厂中运行着大量的旋转机械 ,在旋转机械转子动平衡计算中 ,为了提取出转子动不平衡信号的幅值和相位特征 ,首先采用锁相倍频电路控制A/D进行整周期采样 ,然后利用FFT进行频谱分析。实验表明 ,该法简单、准确 ,为动平衡分析提供了理论基础 。
There are many revolving machines in power stations. In the calculation of revolving rotor dynamic balancing, a method to draw the features of the phase and the amplitude of the unbalanced signals of a rotor is introduced: first adopting A/D converter controlled by the phase locked multi frequency circuit to carry out the whole period sampling, then applying Fast Fourier Transform for frequency spectrum. The experiment shows that the method is simple and accurate. It supplies the theory basis for dynamic balance, and will be broadly used in the future.
