摘要
在对空化射流的破坏机理进行分析的基础上 ,介绍了一种基于空化射流的管道清洗方法。该方法是通过首先将管内注入液体 ,然后在液体中加入一定程度的压力脉动 ,使管内不可压缩的液体中形成驻波 ,并开始在驻波中产生空化现象。由于空化现象产生的微小气泡溃灭 ,形成冲击波 ,打破管内壁与污物之间的粘合力 ,从而实现对管道的彻底清洗。最后 ,通过与环形管道清洗法比较 。
Based on the analysis of the break mechanism of the cavitations jet, a method of cleaning tubes and pipes based on the principles of cavitations jet is introduced. The pipe is cleaned by filling the pipe with liquid, applying pressure pulsations to the liquid to the extent that a standing wave is formed in the pipe and the incompressible liquid therein. Cavitations is initiated within the standing wave in the pipe so that the bond with the fouling material is broken. The pipe is fully cleaned on the formation of induced shock waves occurring upon collapse of microscopic bubbles resulting from cavitations. Finally, the advantage and application prospect of the new method are shown by comparing it with annular pigging method.
