摘要
配电网可靠性管理措施的推行是提高配电网可靠性水平的重要途径。通过对配电网停电原因及对引起故障停电原因的统计分析 ,给出了影响配电网停电次数和每次停电时间的各种因素 ;并针对这些因素 ,给出了减少停电次数及停电时间的措施 ,从而达到改善配电网可靠性水平的目的。
The important way to improve the reliability of distribution systems is to implement the distribution systems management. Various factors influencing the outage frequency and outage time are presented. A series of measures to improve the reliability of the distribution systems are given in this paper. These measures give a practical guidance for utility operation.
