摘要
目的 :测定肝力康口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量。方法 :双波长薄层扫描反射锯齿法 ,λS=5 2 0 nm,λR=70 0 nm,狭缝 :1.2 mm× 1.2 mm ,SX=3。结果 :回收率 97.2 4 % ,RSD=1.0 8%。结论 :方法可靠 ,结果稳定 ,重现性好 。
Objective:To determine astragaloside A in Ganlikang Oral Liquid.Methods:Dual wave length TLCS Reflection Saw Tooth Method was used. λ S =510 nm, λ R =700 nm, narrow slot:1.2 mm×1.2 mm, S X=3.Results:The recovery rate was 97.24%, RSD was 1.08%.Conclusion:This method is reliable. The results are stable with good reproducibility. This method can be used for quality control of the Oral Liquid.
