摘要
通过同步带传动噪声产生原因的分析,从改进设计入手,提出用平顶圆弧齿代替传统的梯形齿降噪。台架实验和现场试验均表明:改进同步带的齿形设计可以达到降低传动噪声的预期目的。
With the cause analysis of noise of synchronous belt-driving, this paper starts with improving gear design, then suggests the use of flat-top circular tooth in stead of trapezoid one for noise abatement. Site and bench tests show that the improvement in the design of tooth form has a significant effect on noise reduction.
