摘要
介绍了感应淬火温度控制的原理,设计出以8031单片机为核心的温度控制的硬件、软件。应用表明:热分析仪抗干扰能力强,温度控制效果好,能够用于现场生产控制。
This paper introduces the principle of the temperature control on the induction heating process of harden-ing.The temperature control part,which takes8031-single chip computer as the key,of hardware and software were de-signed The application results shows that it's very good at anti-jamming and the temperature control,and it can be used in the control of production.
