摘要
对捕食线虫性真菌菌丝、分生孢子、厚垣孢子、捕食性结构的发育过程和特点及其在 0 .4g/L玉米粉琼脂固体培养基和液体培养基中的生长情况进行了研究。结果表明 ,捕食线虫性真菌菌丝在 0 .4 g/L玉米粉琼脂固体培养基上呈树枝形放射状生长 ,有的菌株还可以在 0 .4g/L 玉米粉液体培养基中呈絮状生长 ;分生孢子位于垂直的分生孢子梗顶端或近顶端部 ,多数出现在菌丝的生长后期 ;厚垣孢子在菌丝上呈插入性生长 ,在老的培养基中容易发现 ,且与捕食线虫性真菌的种类有关 ;捕食性结构在受到活线虫幼虫的刺激之后才会产生 ,而线虫虫卵与成虫并不能导致捕食性结构的产生。
The author reported the growth properties, incluing developing process and characteristics of hyphae, conidia, chlamydospore, and nematode trapping organs on 0.4 g/L CMA media or on 0.4 g/L LCMA media. The results showed that the hyphae of nematode trapping fungi branched radiantly on 0.4 g/L CMA media. The hyphae like cotton fibre of some fungi can be seen in 0.4 g/L LCMA. Conidia were on the top of conidiophores and appeared at the later stage of hyphae growth. Chlamydospore were produced intercalarily by hyphae cells when the fungi grew older, which were related to the species of nematode trapping fungi. The trapping organs only induced by living nematode larvae, but nematode eggs or adults.
