摘要
介绍FR—PBTP注射成型,制造螺纹直径M12～M20、长度80～500mm的双头螺杆。对注塑模具进行简化设计。采用通用模架,一模四腔。提高制件性能、降低成本、延长模具使用寿命。
This paper presents FR-PBT injection molding and the manufacture of double-thread screw with the thread diameter M12-M20 and length 80-500mm. The injection mold design is simplified, with mold carrier being universal and one mold with four cavities. So, the part properties have been raised, the production cost lowered and the mold life lengthened.
