摘要
通过种子乳液法制备了有机硅改性丙烯酸酯涂料乳液 ,利用旋转粘度计研究了其流变行为。结果表明 ,在体系中 ,该乳液的表观粘度随着有机硅用量的增加而降低 ,当其质量分数达到 2 4%时 ,表观粘度值较低 ,接近于纯丙烯酸酯乳液。乳液的粘度随着乳液固含量的增加而增大 。
The rheological properties of acrylate copolymer emulsions modified by organosil icone have been investigated by using a rotating viscometer. It was found th at the apparent viscosity of the emulsions decreased with increase of the amount s of Si-1. The viscosity values of organosilicone-modified acrylate emuslions were near to that of pure acrylates when ω(Si-1)=24% emulsion. And the hig h the solid content the high the viscosity of the emulsions. The emulsions c ontaining polymerizable emulsifiers had rather lower viscosity and better stabil ity.
