摘要
从探讨塑料成型机理出发,基于国内外模温控制技术的发展趋向,提出了研究多点多路模温控制技术的实用意见。较详细地阐明了DK8110型多点多路模温控制系统的工作原理,结合注塑过程热力传导理论,对该系统的冷却与加热进行设计计算。
This article discusses She mechanism of plastics molding on the basis of the development tendency of mold temperature control technique at home and abroad, brings up a practical concept on the researching of the multiple—point—road mold temperature control technique. The working principle of DK8110 multiple—point—road mold temperature control system is expounded in detail. With the heat transfer theory of plastics injection moding process, the cooling and heating of the control system are designed and calculated.
